Evaluation
ILI has conducted evaluations of all types and is experienced with varying levels of complexities. Each project involves a process of clarifying goals, defining key evaluation questions, and determining the most appropriate methods of data collection. Often mixed-methods are used to ensure that visitor perspectives and experiences are accurately and fairly represented in the findings. Our evaluation studies aim to not only inform our clients' decisions, but enable them to successfully implement recommendations and recognize the value of visitor feedback within their organizational practice.
Evaluations can take different forms depending on your goals and where you are in your planning phase. One or more types of evaluation strategies might be useful to gain a more holistic view of your program or exhibition.
