Areas of Interest
I am interested in understanding the most effective uses of multimedia in informal learning settings, as well as using evaluation as a tool to help institutions create more engaging and meaningful visitor-centered experiences. Prior to working at ILI, I participated in the IMLS- grant funded New Directions in Audience Research project at the University of Washington, working on evaluations for the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, the Experience Music Project|Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Woodland Park Zoo.
