Areas of Interest
My interests cover the scope of audience research and evaluation in museums and other free-choice learning environments. I enjoy collaborating on projects of all types and have worked with art, science, history, and children's museums among others. My primary interest lies in serving as an advocate for visitors and effectively communicating their needs, interests, and values to others. I also enjoy teaching, both in university classrooms and within museums, helping students and practitioners better understand the role evaluation can play in their day-to-day work.
