Ms. Judy Behm received her Bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Pennsylvania State University. She worked as an Activity Director in nursing homes and then moved on to teaching pre-school. Prior to employment with ILI, Ms. Behm worked with the Critical Area Commission in Annapolis.
