Areas of Interest

I am interested in working to develop and implement evidence- and relationship-based ways for museums to more effectively serve their communities- particularly by facilitating the use of visitor studies findings, as well as by supporting organizational cultures that incorporate evaluative and reflective practices. Before joining the ILI team, I was part of the IMLS-funded project New Directions: Research, Service and Training in Visitor Studies and worked on several projects in the Seattle area; I also served as an intern at the Smithsonian Institution's Office of Policy and Analysis.
