My research and evaluation work has focused on key message retention in free-choice learning environments, program evaluation, and a variety of visitor studies. My specific research interests include further investigation of long-term behavioral outcomes from free-choice learning experiences, the effectiveness of framing environmental messages using value clusters, and ensuring data is used to incorporate the voice of the visitor in free-choice learning experiences.
